5. Jaskier, We Need More Music

Although not confirmed, Joey Batey is rumoured to return as Jaskier (Dandelion for the uninitiated) and people could not be happier.

His song 'Toss a coin to your Witcher' has since become anthemic and a fan favourite, dominating Reddit front pages and meme templates. Although the first stories that feature Jaskier were set some 15 years before the current events of the story, it seems that despite people's concerns of a recast, Joey Batey will be returning, much to our delight.

Jaskier, named Dandelion in our translation of the books and games, actually goes on to play a large role in the books and has always remained a cult favourite. Those who enjoyed him and his interactions with Geralt in the first season will be pleased to know that there should be plenty more of it to come in the future if the show follows the novels.
