Helmut Zemo covered his hands in blood during his previous MCU appearance, killing several individuals to clear his path to Bucky, and blowing up the UN building in Vienna. As Sam reminded Bucky during episode three, the people of Wakanda won't have forgotten that the villain killed King T'Chaka.

This was proven to be true at the end of 'Power Broker', as Ayo, a member of Wakanda's Dora Milaje, turned up in Latvia. The character met Bucky Barnes in an alley and calmly let him know that she was there for Zemo. As far as shocking moments go in this series, this one so far sits at the top of the list.

Ayo was briefly seen escorting T'Challa in Captain America: Civil War, fought against Erik Killmonger in Black Panther, and is now seemingly the key to something of a Falcon and the Winter Soldier/Black Panther crossover.

It makes perfect sense that Wakanda would have dispatched someone to bring down Zemo, but what exactly do they have in mind for him? It's clear to all just how dangerous the Sokovian villain is, so will there be more Wakandans revealed in episode four? And most interestingly of all, how will Sam and Bucky react? They need Zemo to stop the Flag Smashers, but are they prepared to fight the Dora Milaje to keep him on their side for the time being?
