In all fairness, Quagmire could probably fill an entire list like this on his own. Even those who find the character funny have to admit that his scumbag, womanising, predatory antics are a step too far most of the time. He kicks up controversy in almost every scene he's in, and this one sure does stand tall among them.

The moment in question comes at the climax of the episode "Peter Griffin: Husband, Father... Brother?". Quagmire opens the door to a bathroom stall to find a cheerleader gagged and bound. Rather than helping the poor girl, he smiles deviously and states this infamous line, "Dear diary... jackpot!"

It's not very often that you'll hear people laugh at implied rape, even if the joke is well-written. It's safe to say that this moment is entirely mean-spirited and lacking in any sense of humour, as it's simply a character preparing to rape a defenceless younger girl.

It probably doesn't come as a surprise to hear that this "joke" wasn't received all too well.
