7. Make Every Line Count

HBO are the kings when it comes to miniseries'. Game of Thrones is of course their current cash cow, and genuinely one of the most captivating aspects of the show is the dialogue. Thrones is deeply-political, highly-charged medieval fantasy brought to the masses. It is comfortably up there on TWD's level in terms of popularity, but as far as impactful dialogue goes, Thrones takes the crown. Fear has a very limited time to get its message across, so every line must hold a meaning. TWD could be accused of spending too much time dwelling on very little. Fear must look deeply at the characters while ensuring that every line they utter contributes to the story.
