Fear The Walking Dead: Everything You Need To Know

7. Behind The Scenes

Dave Erickson, who wrote and produced Sons of Anarchy, is serving as showrunner for Fear The Walking Dead, with Kirkman, Gale Ann Hurd, and special effects wizard Greg Nicotero coming over from the main show to executive produce, so there's some considerable talent off-camera. Erickson and Kirkman have written all of the episodes together, with Jack LoGiudice, Marco Ramirez (both Sons of Anarchy), Meaghan Oppenheimer (We Are Your Friends), and David Weiner (The Killing) all having solitary writing credits as well. Behind the camera, Adam Davidson - who has worked on everything from Lost to True Blood, but is best known for directing 8 episodes of Community - has helmed three episodes; Kari Skogland (The Borgias, Vikings) two; and Stefan Schwartz (Being Human, Dexter, not a former Sunderland AFC footballer) has done one.
