Friends: 25 Lessons That Completely Changed Your Life

15. Always Run Without Caring Who's Watching

Who cares about judgemental by-standers when you could be feeling the wind flow through your hair and the pavement pound beneath your wildly flailing legs? Whatever you're doing, you should do it with the freedom that only those who really don't care about anyone else's opinion of them truly know.

14. NEVER Sing Inappropriate Songs To Your Baby

Not only will your friends judge you as bad parents, you also run the risk of the child picking up some horribly inappropriate lessons. They're an impressionable bunch - announcing any injury you cause no matter how hard you try to hide it - which possibly explains why Ross completely wrote off Ben by the end of the show and concentrated on Emma as if she was an only child. As a general rule, singing a song about a man who likes to have sex with women with big butts to children really isn't appropriate.

13. Nothing Beats A Good Nap

As if you needed Friends to tell you this, but there's nothing as satisfying as a nap in the middle of the day, and it's even better when there's someone to share it with, regardless of who they are. Sadly, unlike the cast of Friends, we all have to actually spend some time at work in order not to get sacked, instead of spending hours every day in the middle of the day in a coffee shop.
