5. Craster
Family values are a little different in Game Of Thrones, so it takes a lot for a character to be unanimously reviled both in universe and amongst the audience. To Craster's credit though, he managed it with ease.
Craster was a wildling living close to the Wall, who allowed the Night's Watch to use his keep in exchange for supplies from the south. He's a gruff, petty little man with practically no redeeming features, but that wouldn't be enough to land him here alone. His keep is very important to the Watch, after all.
His incestuous rape of his own daughters though, exacerbated by him treating them like property and parading them around with no regard for secrecy pushes him over the top and then some. Even if we hadn't connected with Gilly, there'd be more than enough reason to be utterly sickened by what Craster was doing.
The fact it was Rast who eventually killed him is the only thing keeping that grubby bully off the list.
It felt like a lot of the reasons here could be repeated for Walder Frey, so for variety's sake, he's been relegated to an honourable mention here. Still a right nasty piece of work though.
