Game Of Thrones: 10 Outrageous Book Moments That Won't Be Used
6. Arya Warging
So far on the show we have only seen one Stark display the ability to warg (enter the minds and bodies of animals, perceive what they see and control their actions). Bran has shown great warging skills, even able to take control of Hodor, but we do know a couple of others have the power too. Jon has the ability to wag into Ghost, with one theory about his survival/resurrection being that he went into his animal's body just before he died, and Arya has the ability to warg into Nymeria. She hasn't been seen since early in season 1, when she was sent away after attacking Joffrey. However, in the books we do hear from Arya's point-of-view of her taking control of her wolf, who is now roaming around the Riverlands. The biggest moment to come of this is when Arya, as Nymeria, comes across the body of her mother Catelyn in a river, and drags her to shore only to realise that she's dead.
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
