5. Melisandre Will Return (And Meet Arya)
Speaking of characters getting off with nothing more than a light slap on the wrist, there's no way that Melisandre - banished from the North by Jon Snow - is gone for good. For a start, Game Of Thrones isn't really the kind of show to send people to bed with no supper when it could just brutally murder them, and secondly, she's too significant a character to expect to just quietly disappear. I mean, she literally resurrected Jon Snow!
The question becomes, then, what will her role be going forward? Chances are she's going to run into Arya while Arya is heading north. For a start, this would make sense from a geographical perspective, but also, remember that scene in season three when Arya and Mel first come face to face? Melisandre tells Arya that the two would "meet again". Now, the line could be nothing more than random drivel, but the show is quite good at foreshadowing, so there's likely truth to the words.
On top of that, Melisandre is on Arya's dreaded list, meaning there's another good narrative reason for them to bump into each other. If she is going to leave the show for good, she's probably going to die at Arya's hands.
