If there was ever a chance of Liam Neeson featuring in Game of Thrones, it would've been instead of Sean Bean as Ned Stark. Of course, that ship has sailed, but I'm sure there's room to squeeze in a medieval, estranged father, divorcee, ex-CIA agent hell-bent on revenge. Surely? But seriously, with this probable influx of Northern Lords emerging from their keeps, Liam Neeson would be an outstanding choice. Plus there's the added bonus that he wouldn't have to travel very far in his native Northern Ireland to get to any of the filming locations.
