1. Ser Walder Frey (David Bradley)

Blink and you will have missed David Bradley's contribution to Game of Thrones (thus far). Appearing in the final (or was it the penultimate - I forgot) episode of Season 1, the Yorkshirman played Walder Frey, of House Frey - the folks that live in the bridge, to you and me. Robb Stark's betrayal is almost certain to lead Bradley back to our screen later this season but whilst you wait, you can check out his impressive filmography. Bradley's most notable role comes as everyone's favorite caretaker, Mr Filch. He starred in seven of the eight Potter installments as the irritable squib who showed more convincing emotions towards a petrified cat than Daniel Radcliffe achieved throughout the entire series. He also played the farmer with the sea-mine in his barn in Hot Fuzz and Michael Caine's bestie in Harry Brown. Dabbling in TV has led him to star in the mystery-thriller Broadchurch alongside David Tennant, the BBC prison drama, aptly named 'Prisoner's Wives' (also starring Iain Glen - aka Ser Jorah) and guest appearances in New Tricks, Ashes to Ashes, and Doctor Who's space/dinosaur combo.... you guessed it, Dinosaurs on a Spaceship. -- And that concludes our twelve 'Oh It's That Guy' actors... but hang on! I enjoyed researching this topic far too much, and as a result, have found a few more interesting links between other Game of Thrones stars and their more notable roles. So if I could ask for just one more page of your time.............
