Alongside being one of the show's best players, Jorah Mormont was also one of its most underrated. A former spy working for Varys, he soon found himself acting as mentor and advisor to Daenerys and even fell in love with her. Once his former allegiances were revealed, he found himself banished and desperately attempting to redeem himself.
Jorah was with Dany every step of the way, loyal and steadfast, an exile and a solider who fought tirelessly for what he believed in. His tragic and epic tale came to an end on the battlefield, where he was finally able to give his life for his queen.
What a hero.
