Game Of Thrones Power Rankings: The Gift

8. Bronn (Not Ranked)

The best part of the whole Dorne storyline this season - and a major improvement on the book version - is the inclusion of Bronn. Whether it€™s embroiled in a fight or, as this week, locked in a cell, Jerome Flynn brings some great moments of humour to the show, not to mention a pleasant singing voice giving us the greatest hits of Westeros (this week: The Dornishman€™s Wife). It was a worry, then, when the camera lingered on the cut he received in the previous episode, with the fear that the Sand Snakes had taken tips from their father and injected their spears with poison. That was the case, with it being revealed Bronn had been given a poison known as €˜the long farewell€™, which basically meant a slow, painful death for our beloved sellsword. Thankfully one of the Sand Snakes, Tyene, has taken a bit of a liking to him (who can blame her), and after some weird moments of nakedness and delirium she gives him the antidote that means he will live to fight and sing another day. Phew.
