Game Of Thrones Season 6: 11 Things You Missed In The New Trailer

1. Kingslaying

Oh man, if this is what I (and quite a few others, it would seem) think it is, then it will be a huge moment for Game of Thrones.

While it's unquestionably a shadowy figure stabbing another, larger shadowy figure, it's not obvious just who these two shadowy figures are. Maybe it's the Kingsguard and the Faith. Maybe Melisandre has given birth to more babies with a propensity for murder. Or, maybe, and this is what I think and now can't unsee, it's Jaime Lannister and Aerys II Targaryen. The figure on the right certain resembles depictions of Aerys, while further to the right it looks like the shadow of the Iron Throne.

The slaying of the Mad King is one of the biggest moments in recent Westerosi history, so it'd be fantastic to see exactly how that played out. We're getting more flashbacks this year, thanks to Bran's visions, so this could definitely fit in there, and thought of seeing how Jaime gets his nickname is hugely exciting.
