There's still one more thing that needs to happen before Cersei dies, and that's the death of her son, King Tommen. The prophecy is clear about her three children dying, two have gone, one remains. You've got to feel sorry for Tommen as he has been torn in so many directions by a host of different people with wildly varying motives. Cersei will be paranoid for his safety (and subsequently her own) but that'll be nothing compared to her emotions when Tommen eventually dies. I don't think there's any doubting that he WILL die at some point, and I feel like Season 6 could very easily offer that up to us. Without an obvious heir, the race for the Throne could go nuclear.
