5. Family Reunions

Game of Thrones has started bringing more characters back together recently, with Season 6 reuniting Jon with Sansa, Theon with Yara, and Jaime with both Cersei and Brienne.

It makes sense, given the move towards the endgame and narrative convergence, and is something that we should definitely see continue in Season 7. Two families in particular should be brought back together.

The first is the Lannisters. Jamie and Cersei are already reunited, and probably not happily. But Tyrion is also on his way back to Westeros, and there's no way they can't meet again. Tyrion and Cersei having one last war of words has the potential to be a real Season 7 highlight.

The second is, of course, the Starks. It's something we've all been waiting for since they were separated way back in Season 1, and now the pieces are in place to achieve it. Bran is just North of the Wall, Arya is in the Riverlands, and Jon and Sansa are actually at Winterfell. Gradually, they all need to come together, for what could be one of the most emotionally satisfying moments of the entire series.
