Game Of Thrones Season 7: 11 Crucial Things That Must Happen
4. Jon Learns That R+L=Him
Speaking of the Starks, and last year brought confirmation that Jon wasn't the son of Ned, but instead his sister Lyanna, with Rhaegar Targaryen the father.
The biggest and most widely-believed fan theory in all of A Song of Ice and Fire, its confirmation is a huge deal to fans, but no one on the show knows about it other than Bran.
That should change in Season 7. Jon has lived in the dark too long as far as his parentage is concerned, and deserves to find out the truth. Plus, with him likely to start working with Daenerys (more on that later), it'll be important to their relationship and the narrative journey they go on.
Since Bran and Jon are probably going to be reunited at some point, there's the possibility of the former relaying the truth to the latter. Or he could find out by his own means, such as the theory of a tomb marked with his name on it in the crypts of Winterfell.
