3. The Woman I Love

Back in Season 5, during Jaime and Bronn's botched Banter Boys outing to Dorne, the pair discuss how they want to die, with Jaime saying: "In the arms of the woman I love."

While it had been theorised those words would end up referring to Brienne, in the end it was always Cersei, and Jaime does indeed die in the arms of the woman he's loved his entire life. His final words to his sister, meanwhile, are: "Look me in the eyes. Just look at me. Nothing else matters. Nothing else matters. Only us." This echoes his sentiments from Season 6, when he tells her:

"f**k prophecy. f**k fate. f**k everyone who isn’t us. We’re the only ones who matter, the only ones in this world. And everything they’ve taken from us, we’re going to take back and more. We’re going to take everything there is.”
