The Witch King is a fearsome character worthy of killing anything in his path, armed with a morgul blade, crunching mace, and riding a fell-beast, he could take on entire armies and probably do a good job of it.

Daenerys is a novice to the art of dragon-riding, but given time, she could develop into a true Targaryen warrior, with the distinct advantage of dragonfire on her side.

The Nazgul are notoriously difficult to kill, but any sort of Valyrian steel should be good enough, and the fire has already been known to repel them at Weathertop. But forgetting everything else, while no man can finish off the Witch King, Daenerys is 'no man'.
