It's controversial, but the film adaptation of Frodo was a whining brat for most of it. Sam was portrayed as the liability throughout, despite being the fuel that kept the ring's journey on track.

But let's give Frodo at least some credit. He proved his resilience through some tricky spots and all with the one ring draped around his neck. He also fled away from the main group to carve his own path, much like the ass-kicking Arya in Westeros.

Arya's storyline has incredible potential. If she completes her training and develops into a face-changing assassin, the coolness levels will skyrocket. She's done everything for herself, and escaped some grim situations, improvising every step of the way.

There's no contest here. While Frodo has the ability to bounce back, in a duel, Arya could quite easily 'stick him with the pointy end' and finish him for good if she wanted to... Then steal his face...
