13. Joffrey's Sadistic Games
In the fourth episode of season two, the loveable Joffrey is given a (late, as he ungratefully points out) nameday present off his uncle Tyrion: two prostitutes to fulfil his every desire for the night. Now, any relatively normal person might see this as an opportunity for - and I'm just guessing here - some creative horizontal dancing for three. Joffrey, on the other hand, is a stickler for getting his (or in this case, his uncle's) money's worth, and so seizes the opportunity to engage in some kind of voyeuristic, horrifying, murderous torture. What starts off as a kinky game where Joffrey first instructs Ros to touch - and then hit - Elle quickly descends into terrifying depravity as he introduces a belt into the equation. Then, after handing Ros a sort of sceptre, he makes it clear what he wants to happen. We hear a crunching impact accompanied by a scream before the scene cuts away.
