Game Of Thrones Season 5: 10 Perfect Castings We'd Love To See

1. The Waif - Ah-Sung Ko

The Waif is one of the more inscrutable characters in the book, a young-looking girl that Arya meets on her journeys. Although the character appears to be a child in the novels, the show seems to be aging her up to a young woman in her late teens, and are specifically looking for an actress of East Asian origin. Our first instinct is to go with Ah-sung Ko, who is a young Korean actress in her early 20s. She's been working steadily over the past few years and has experience with international productions, as she's been doing both Korean and Western projects. Her most recent film was an interesting Korean production called Snowpiercer, where all life on Earth was destroyed except for inhabitants of a train traveling around the world. It was filmed in Asia, but featured incredible talent from all around the world, including Chris Evans, Tilda Swinton, and John Hurt. She definitely seems like she can pull off the creepy look that the character will inevitably require. That said, it might be just as wise for them to begin their search by looking for unknown actresses with martial arts skills, because they might find the perfect match that way. What do you guys think? Are there any we've picked you think or ideal, or would you swap them out? Let us know in the comments!
