Hawkeye: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

He was teased throughout the first four episodes of Hawkeye, before finally being shown in a photo at the end of episode five and having a meatier role in the season finale, all to say that Wilson Fisk is back! Or at least he was, possibly.

A character as dominating as Wilson Fisk, both physically and in terms of his screen and story presence, Vincent D’Onofrio didn’t need much time to make a huge impact. He didn’t miss a single beat in his time away from Marvel, and came back as good as he has ever been.

He was incredibly threatening with just his words and the violence hidden behind them, and his fight with Kate Bishop was stunning. There aren’t many in the franchise that can match the Kingpin for power pound for pound, as he tossed her around like a ragdoll. He wanted to remind everyone that New York belonged to him, and at least in terms of the fans, he couldn’t have done it better.

However, surely Marvel couldn’t have brought him back for just one episode, right? It was heavily teased that Maya killed him as recompense for what happened to her father, but this would be a HUGE waste of the character. Here’s hoping he survived as he survived Kate’s arrow, and will return for Echo opposite Alaqua Cox.
