Appearing in season six as a sweet, yet needy woman, her and Dennis rekindle a high school romance that leads to a shotgun wedding. Quickly though, her neediness and stinky dead tooth sends Dennis crazy and they divorce. With the help of The Lawyer, Maureen palms her significant debt onto Dennis who has to pay her alimony.

This becomes a source of contention throughout her appearances in the show. When she is engaged to marry Liam McPoyle, Dennis rushes to the wedding for her to sign the legal documents to end the alimony. However, her new breasts cause Dennis to sleep with her and ruin his way out.

The body transformation didn't stop there, as Maureen began a serious procedure into looking like a cat before transitioning into one completely, including her mannerisms and speech. Now going by 'Bastet', she enraged Dennis by using his alimony to enable her descent into madness.
