Marvel's Iron Fist: 30 WTF Moments In Netflix's First Failure

1. Not Even A Small Defender Cameo

You would have thought that the end of Iron Fist would have fed directly into The Defenders, given how close that show is to release, but the most surprising part of the finale was the lack of connecting tissue. And right now, bar the vague connection of The Hand, there's no real unifying issue for them to deal with.

So expect lots of exposition in the first Defenders episodes, in other words.

But this poses another question: why wasn't Daredevil alerted? Wouldn't Matt Murdock have been interested in Hand activity basically on his doorstep, after what JUST happened in his own second season? Has he just stopped monitoring their activity in the locale simply because he's fell out with Foggy? Doubtful. And does Claire now hate him so much that she won't tell him about more Hand activity when they killed her coworker?
