In the flashback that establishes that Danny's upbringing in K'Un-Lun wasn't all iPods and karate kid training in the snow, he's beaten by monks with sticks for no real reason, other than them seemingly being sadists. Perhaps it's because they perceived him to be some sort of hashtag white saviour...?

Anyway, the scene shows a young, bald Danny on his knees being hit on the back with his fists clenched in fury in front of him. And yet somehow, he manages to bleed from the wounds on the middle of his back onto his hand.

How did they manage that? His hand is in front of him: this is like the bendy bullet theory.
