Ms. Marvel: 10 Things You Need To Know About The Disney+ TV Series
6. Vin Diesel Could Finally Get His Black Bolt Wish
Talking of Inhumans, one very interesting - and undeniably hard to believe - rumour that's been doing the rounds for a while now is that two Inhuman Royal Family members will be part of Ms. Marvel.
Believe it or not, those are brothers Black Bolt and Maximus, both of whom were part of that ill-fated ABC TV series. Of course, with Marvel Studios unlikely to consider that canon, new actors will be cast in the roles with a completely different take on both iconic comic book characters.
Where things get really crazy is the claim that Guardians of the Galaxy star Vin Diesel - who spent years campaigning for the role of Black Bolt - is now being eyed for the King of the Inhumans. He only voices Groot, so that's not something that would really confuse viewers. Meanwhile, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who starred as Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron, is said to be Marvel's top pick to play Maximus.
By the time Ms. Marvel hits screens, seven or eight years will have passed since he played the speedster, so they could probably get away with him taking on a separate character... after all, Gemma Chan will star in Eternals after appearing in Captain Marvel just two years prior.
