1. Shoto Todoroki (Shoto)

There's a running theme in anime, and that's having side characters that utterly steal the show. Fans have seen this plenty of times before, with prominent examples including L (Death Note), Levi Ackerman (Attack On Titan), Nezuko Kamado (Demon Slayer), and, of course, Shoto Todoroki.
It's easy to see why he has such appeal, as Todoroki hits all the right beats. His combination of fire and ice skills make for a fantastic visual feast, and he's incredibly adept at using his powers even from his first appearance. Simply put, the guy is a badass.
But, there's a depth to him as well, as his relationship with his abusive father, Endeavour (the number one hero after All-Might's retirement), led to some incredibly emotional character development for him, which made him all the more three-dimensional.
He's great to watch, has a fascinating back story and emits a stoic personality that makes him entertaining and even amusing at times.
