My Hero Academia: The 10 Worst Quirks In Class 1-A

4. Toru Hagakure – Invisibility

On paper, if you ask someone what superpower they would love to inherit in real life, chances are invisibility will be up there with the most common answers. Sneaking around unnoticed to indulge in all sorts of shenanigans could end up being a major force for good. However, Hagakure’s quirk comes with one, glaringly obvious drawback – she can’t turn the damn thing off. All of a sudden, being unseen isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Hagakure is constantly forgotten. Her contributions to the class are often little more than a pair of decorative floating gloves somewhere in the background. It's hard to tell when she’s even in an episode, let alone saving your life. And if that isn’t embarrassing enough, she has to stay naked in order for her quirk to have any effect.

You’d think she’d get her hands on a costume like Tsuyu's which turns invisible to match her camouflage technique, just so she isn’t constantly overlooked by her classmates. In fact, when you think about it, Tsuyu essentially has the same power, along with all her other frog-isms, except she gets to turn it on and off when she likes. Hagakure really got a lousy deal.
