Rick And Morty Season 3: Every Episode Ranked From Worst To Best

4. Rest And Ricklaxation

Rick And Morty
Adult Swim

Visiting the most truthfully marketed spa in the entire galaxy, Rick And Morty have the toxic sides of themselves removed… literally.

Trapped in a world of green goo and toxins, the toxic versions of Rick and Morty escape and plan to turn the whole world into the poisonous hell hole they are used to, until of course normality is restored by the destructive duo becoming one with their counterparts.

Having the two toxins be their own people is really clever because it stresses how different and in conflict the negative and positive sides of people truly are, and it’s an important message the showrunners teach in preaching that the positives and toxic sides of people is what makes everyone ‘special’.

It’s not the greatest episode ever, but seeing an overly aggressive Rick bully a depressed and anxious Morty is wickedly hilarious, and so too is seeing a bunch of kids at a birthday party crying after they realise they just brutally decapitated an entertainer in a costume.
