Sherlock: 5 Questions We Hope Are Answered In Series Three

2. Who's Watching Sherlock?

Obviously those eyes belonged to Charles Magnussen. I imagine it will be much like how the first season of Sherlock when we heard the name Moriarty in episode one only to see him at the end of the season. They couldn€™t do that again, so they gave us a picture of his eyes to show that he€™s watching €“ and knows that Sherlock foiled his plot. The man comes from the short story of Sir Conan Doyle€™s €œThe Adventures of Charles Augustus Milverton.€ So we know who the eyes belonged to €“ now the obvious question is how will this man affect Sherlock? We know that he had someone try to blow up London, so it€™s likely that he may not even be after Sherlock specifically, he€™s just the only one who is crazy enough to stop Magnussen. I think it€™s likely to say that the things we enjoyed about Moriarty won€™t be there with this villain €“ and even if they are, that his murders and attempts on blowing up London will prove more important. And if a man is fine with blowing up London using the tube, what does that mean if he's after one person in particular? Let's hope that the last episode doesn't end like the Reichenbach Fall, only for real. The other interesting thing about Magnussen is that unlike Moriarty, he is not a fan of Sherlock€™s. It seems that Sherlock only caught his eye when he stopped the bomb from going off in the train. This will definitely give us more of a classic archenemy vibe. So far though, all Sherlock has done is diffuse a bomb, and the next episode will be most likely centered around John and Mary. So maybe I€™m asking the wrong question. Maybe the right question is: What in the world happens in €œHis Final Vow€?

I'm currently attending my local college while trying to figure out who I am. I love Doctor Who, Sherlock, really any BBC show. I've also been told I'm a bit of a nerd. Specifically, a theatre nerd.
