Star Trek Characters That Need To Meet Each Other (Somehow)

6. Kai Winn And Admiral Nechayev

Can. You. Imagine.

Space Karen and Admiral Hardass, together in a room, staring at each other over barely concealed shaking rage, trying to one up the other in a game of ‘passive aggressive compliments.’ Sign us up, get us front row tickets, this would be the one battle where we’re honestly not sure who we want to win the most!

Admiral Nechayev was the bane of Captain Picard, Commander Riker and Commander Sisko’s lives for a couple of years in the mid-2360s. She seemingly lived to shoot people down, working her way through the crews and barking orders like it was going out of style. Though she did eventually warm to Picard’s attempts to make her feel more welcome, she was a no-nonsense officer who was singular in her mission. Her journey to Deep Space Nine was hardly any warmer, and it was here that she was to be an additional thorn in Sisko’s side.

Winn Adami, on the other hand, was the ever-present cloud in Sisko’s sunny skies, ready at a moment’s notice to take all of her misplaced confidence and make his day just that little bit worse. Let us not forget the times she went over Sisko’s head and lodged complaints to Starfleet. Must have been a slow week.

Therefore, seeing these two great characters face off over a desk could be the endgame to all endgames. Winn may meet Nechayev and decide that Bajor is better off outside of the Federation, while Nechayev may end up feeling the exact same way. Either way, we’re there with popcorn.
