4. Hugh?

It's a bit of a stretch to get there from this one shot, but we know that Jonathan Del Arco will reprise the role of Hugh in Picard; the first Borg that the shows ever successfully liberated from the collective... after Picard himself of course.

In the episode I, Borg the Enterprise stumbles across a wounded drone who has had his link with the collective severed. Believing he can be used as a weapon against the hive mind, the crew take him back to the ship where a to-and-fro over his right to live ensues. Seeing his individuality begin to reassert itself, the crew reluctantly allow him to return to his Cube hoping that this renewed individuality will itself damage the Borg.

It doesn't quite go to plan, and Hugh and his fellow drones end up in the service of Data's brother Lore. That's the last we see of him but, as has been reported already, he'll be returning in Picard. Whether or not this is him on the Romulan operating table remains to be seen, but it's definitely a drone of some description.
