Star Trek Picard: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'Et In Arcadia Ego, Part 2'

Narek shows up in front of the La Sirena and throws rocks at the windscreen for some reason. Rios threatens to launch a photon torpedo at him at close range and man that would've been a great way for Narek to go. Surprisingly, this is actually the first mention of photon torpedoes in Star Trek: Picard, one of Star Trek's most iconic technologies and a mainstay aboard all kinds of starships (alien and Federation) dating back to The Original Series.

Despite the fact that they know he's a dirtbag, Rios and Auntie Raffi take a meeting with Narek in the La Sirena's conference room and – another first – this is the first time we've seen this compartment aboard the ship. It's not entirely clear exactly where the conference room is located, but it appears to be on the same level as the bridge and transporter, situated somewhere between those two positions on the port side of the ship.
