6. Tuvok
Tuvok has a lot of weight on those broad shoulders of his, since retrieving him from his undercover mission on the Val Jean was the catalyst event that got Voyager stuck on the other side of the galaxy to begin with. Tuvok handled his duties as head of security with typical Vulcan efficiency, but there's enough edge to him to suggest that his mastery of Vulcan logic isn't as complete as he'd like it to be.
Tuvok's reliability and sense of duty are what keep him going, with the episode 'Flashback' (meant to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Star Trek franchise) showing his service with the veteran Captain Sulu, while the episodes 'Rise' and 'Gravity' showcase his considerable survival skills and hardiness. His willingness to mind-meld with anyone and everyone, however... might be a bit too much for some!
