Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Every Season Ranked Worst To Best
3. Season Six
Unfairly cancelled by Disney after just thirteen episodes, season six still manages to hit all the right notes and bring plenty of emotion and shock twists to the series.
Season six sees Clone trooper Fives get close to uncovering the evil Order 66 and allows Yoda to converse with a deceased Qui-Gon Jinn and learn the secrets of the Force.
This season is all about legacy - the legacy of the Jedi Council, of Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas, of Yoda and his hope for peace. It's incredibly dark in places, and plays on the grander themes of good versus evil that sit at the core of the entire franchise.
Also, fans get to see more Darth Sidious, and even more teasing of what was still to come. By this point, it's clear the events of Revenge of the Sith are looming, and if it wasn't for a couple episodes about Jar Jar Binks and the shortened number of episodes, season six would sit right at the top of the rankings.
Best Episodes: Sacrifice, Voices, The Lost Ones
