17. Alex Danvers = Lex?

Supergirl having a sister is something new, so looking to the comics for clues about Alex Danvers is impossible. Based on the trailer, Alex and Kara have a close relationship, with the latter clearly very protective of her adopted sister's secret abilities and actually none too pleased with her exposing those to the world despite the fact that it saved her life. There are however some hints in the official synopsis and character description. Alex works for the DEO (more on them later) and is fascinated by Kryptonian culture, but might be jealous of her sister having those amazing powers. As a result, there are those who believe that she could end up being the Lex Luthor of this series somewhere down the line. Most of that speculation seems to be based around "Lex" being part of her name though...
