Supernatural: 10 Biggest Fan-Service Moments
6. Bobby And Crowley Kiss
Speaking of Bobby, one of his most memorable moments was a very brief scene involving another fan-favourite character, Crowley. This came not too long after Crowley's introduction in Season Five, back when Sam and Dean were embroiled in their first Apocalypse - during the course of which, Bobby made a bold decision to sell his soul to Crowley in exchange for the location of Death, whose ring was needed to stop the Apocalypse.
As had been well-established by this point though, all demon deals must be sealed with a kiss, so naturally when Sam and Dean find out about Bobby's deal, they... have questions.
While Dean's first reaction is to demand that Crowley return their friend's soul, Sam can't help but voice his juvenile curiosity, asking whether Bobby kissed Crowley. Of course, being the man's man that he is, Bobby awkwardly denied it at first, but was quickly undermined by Crowley who had photographic evidence on his phone.
It's a moment of humour in an otherwise dark and intense situation, providing a much-needed moment of levity. More than that though, it's an overt little bit of fan-service for those out there who get a kick out of that sort of thing. Because if there's one thing that many fans love, it's "shipping" and seeing mismatched characters pushed into, let's say, "romantic" situations together.
