Teen Titans Revival: 10 Reasons It Will Be Better Than Titans

2. Bad CGI And Other Budgetary Problems Aren't An Issue

If the "edgy" tone Titans is going for wasn't already misguided enough, the frankly terrible CGI showcased in the trailer certainly hasn't helped matters.

To be fair, it is a television program and not a feature film, so you can cut Titans some slack, but you'd think that for a show meant to sell people on the idea of subscribing to DC Universe, Warner Bros. could have given the production team a bit more money to make sure the visuals weren't so distractingly bad.

It also legitimately seems as though the entire costume budget was blown on Robin. His outfit looks genuinely great, whereas Raven, Starfire, and Beast Boy's costumes (if you can even call them that) look like they had next to no money or effort put into them.

In Teen Titans' animated world, none of these problems exist. In addition, the show's first five seasons operated on a very tight budget to begin with, yet the production team still managed to work around this and put out a stunning product week after week for five whole seasons.

Best-case scenario, the revival gets a bit more money to work with this time around. Worst-case scenario, we still get the continuation of a quality show that knows how to manage its budget incredibly well. Either way, Titans' lackluster production value can't compete.
