8. Theo Raeken
Teen Wolf was a lot of great villains, and whilst Theo (Cody Christian) is by no means the strongest of the bunch, his power of manipulation and ability to break apart the core group makes him one of the most successful.
Outside of his evil intentions and smarmy mannerisms, Theo was actually pretty great to watch throughout his tenure on the show. Cold, deceitful, complex and broken, he spends most of his time in the series trying to prove his worth as a werewolf and finally gain some power for himself.
Once he was rid of by Kira (Arden Cho) and the Skin Walkers at the end of season five, he ends up making a return in the final season as the world's most reluctant ally - a fighter who tries to prove his worth to the people he once tried to kill and forms an unlikely bond with Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) as he goes.
He may not be the most likeable character on the show, but he's pretty compelling all the same, with his story coming to a satisfying conclusion by the end of the series.
