It's weird to remember that Shelley Hennig didn't join Teen Wolf as Malia Tate until season three, becoming a series regular in season four. In bringing Malia to life, Shelley became an intrinsic part of Teen Wolf's DNA so it's strange to remember that there was a time before her. Malia was the daughter of werewolf Peter Hale and a werecoyote named Corinne.
In the years since Teen Wolf ended, Shelley's roles have been fairly low key although she did land a couple of major guest roles. Seemingly taking a liking to comedy, Shelley portrayed Ramona in Hulu's Dollface and A.E Goldsmith and Ginny in Apple TV's Mystic Quest.
We should see more of Shelley soon as she has two projects in post-production. She's set to star in the comedy Gatlopp which follows a group of friends bound together by a night of drinking and reminiscing, and drama The Woman in the House opposite Kristen Bell.
