8. The Characters - Other Characters
Sheriff Stilinski (
Linden Ashby) Stiles' long-hour serving, hard-working father has been the Sheriff of Beacon Hills for many years but finds the role of being a dad even more tasking, particularly in the wake of he losing his wife and Stiles losing his mother. Nonetheless, the Sheriff is very protective and while there's breath in his body, he will do anything to look after his family - even if Stiles is lying to him about what he's really getting up to.
Melissa McCall (
Melissa Ponzio) Scott's mother and a fiercely proud, independent woman who loves her son dearly. Working as a nurse in the local hospital, she's always there whenever anyone needs looking after although Scott is forced to keep his secret from her to keep her safe. Whether or not that works, however...
Dr Alan Deaton (
Seth Gilliam) The mysterious vet who Scott works for, he is a benevolent force working in the town and is aware of everything that goes bump in the night. His source of knowledge and his true background remain a mystery although his relationship with school counsellor Ms Morrell (
Bianca Lawson) is a point of discussion and debate.
