The Flash: 10 Biggest Questions We Have For Season 6
5. Is Nora West-Allen Really Gone?
The most heartbreaking moment of 'Legacy' came when Nora West-Allen allowed herself to be erased from existence, accepting the consequences of her actions while embracing her loving parents. It was a beautifully tender moment that highlighted both how far the character had come and how much the show will miss the dynamic between her, Barry and Iris.
However, as with most Arrowverse deaths, fans have been speculating over whether or not that truly was the end for the character. After all, the Reverse-Flash was erased from existence in the Season 1 finale and yet he was somehow able to survive. That being said, he did utilise the Negative Speed Force to do so - something that Nora explicitly refused to do.
Though it's hard to deny that Nora is gone, that doesn't mean we've seen the last of her. On the surface, it seems like she was only erased because a new timeline had set in - which meant that this version of Nora would no longer exist. That, however, doesn't necessarily mean that a new version of her won't be born in the future, right?
Well, the answer is a little more complicated than you'd think. It really does depend on how much the writers will bend and break their own rules of time travel to explain what happened but, given how Nora disintegrated in this manner, it seems like she's done a lot more than erase just this version of herself...
