The Flash: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

19. Cecile Horton

Flash Flashpoint
The CW

Cecile has been a recurring presence on the show since the very beginning, but it wasn't until Seasons 4 and 5 (the latter of which she became a regular character) until she was given any real attention. The D.A. of Central City, she has been of great assistance to Team Flash in the past without even knowing it, but when she fell for Joe West, she was finally treated like a person.

Moving in with Joe, having a baby and gaining a metahuman ability, she underwent more development in the last few years than most characters would go through in a whole series, but it's been enlightening to watch her struggle with the fears of motherhood only to overcome them while also successfully managing to juggle her new life with her D.A. duties and helping out Team Flash. Seriously, how does she do it?

Though the show tends to rely on her for comic relief a little too often, Danielle Nicolet thrives in the extended role and it's always a joy when Cecile is on our screens.
