The Flash: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

Central City's biggest Harry Potter/Black Canary/sci-fi fan is, without a doubt, Team Flash's greatest asset and it doesn't take a genius to see that he absolutely relishes being a part of it. The voice in Barry's ear, he has guided the Scarlet Speedster to victory more times than any of us could count, and he even takes great delight in naming some of the city's most notorious villains.

But he isn't just a solid supporting character. Over the years, he has taken centre stage, as the writers explored his friendships with the multiple variations of Harrison Wells and, more than that, his struggles with his own metahuman ability. All of this set the stage for him to join Barry in the field as the superhero known as Vibe - a role which he was incredibly effective in and even held onto for three years.

While, like Caitlin, Cisco could do with a little more development here and there, Carlos Valdes' infectious performance ensures that any moment in which the character is on-screen is a good one.
