Killer Frost made a surprising return this week, although it wasn't an unwelcome one. Admittedly there didn't seem to be too much purpose for her reappearance here, save for killing her off, but it did mean we finally got to see Danielle Panabaker act opposite herself, and she did a good job of playing both sides of Caitlin Snow.

The downside, though, is that she was murdered by Zoom. Seeing Panabaker get to unleash her villainous side was a lot of fun, especially as Killer Frost effectively served as a female Captain Cold, so does her death mean we've seen the last of her (and thus lost any chance of that pair meeting)? Or, by killing her off, are the showrunners paving the way for the real Caitlin to take an icy turn sometime in the future?
