The Flash Season 2: 10 Things That Must Happen

1. Just Keep Running

The second outing for a show or a film can often be when they decide to go a lot darker, and make things more serious. It can and does work a lot of the time, but it isn't a route The Flash needs to go down. Season 1 worked so well because it was different. It wasn't afraid to be light and fun and 'comic-booky'; it managed to deal with serious issues and emotions without ever losing that tone it established early on, and kept its sense of humour throughout. That is something it needs to keep ahold of, and while making some changes to the cast and characters is necessary for development, they must ensure that at its heart it remembers all of the things it did so well, and continues in that vein, rather than trying to be something else.
