The Flash Season 6 Review: 4 Ups & 2 Downs From 'License To Elongate'

2. Another Side To Nash

The Flash
The CW

Ever since his introduction, Harrison 'Nash' Wells has followed in the footsteps of the majority of his predecessors as he has been something of a tough cookie. Moody, stubborn and in no mood for any kind of relationship with Team Flash, he has remained illusive throughout his time on the season so far, and it was only recently that we discovered that he can help The Flash after all.

This week, however, allowed us to see a new side to him, as he recruited Allegra Garcia to help him take down the wall of Eternium that The Monitor uses to travel between worlds. However, the deal wasn't all one-sided as, in return for her help, Nash revealed some of the show's biggest secrets to her - spilling the beans on the multiverse, the Crisis and even the secret identity of The Flash. And all of this ultimately led to a pep talk where he managed to convince her that her powers don't define what kind of person she becomes; she does.

An unexpected bond, it was refreshing to see a different side of Nash - a side that alludes to more than we know. Whatever it is about Allegra that reminds him of someone he used to know, it undoubtedly makes him all the more intriguing. The question is: Who does she remind him of?

Time will undoubtedly tell.
