The Office: 10 Characters You Totally Forgot Existed

3. Luke Cooper

That's right, Quicksilver himself had a role in The Office, one that you probably forgot quicker than his speedster super persona.

The episode "Nepotism" is an amusing eye into Michael's mistake of allowing family to take precedent over his workers. This came to a head when he hired his half-sister's son, Luke, in an effort to get back on good terms with her. But it all fell apart when Luke turned out to be a deliberately terrible worker.

He messed up coffee orders, neglected his tasks and even committed the awful sin of buying soy ice cream when sent out to get some dairy treats. Still, despite his amusing and specific time in the show, he came and went so quickly with barely any fanfare that it's doubtful you even remember him.

Ultimately, Cooper's appearance ended up being another notch on the belt of Michael Scott's awful behaviour, and felt far more focussed on his nepotism than Luke himself, making the character a little forgettable.

Plus - just like Dakota - the impressive star-power of this cameo came retrospectively as opposed to right away, as Peters didn't hit his prime until one year later when starring in American Horror Story.
