The Office: 10 Characters You Totally Forgot Existed
4. Danny Cordray
When Danny Cordray made his way into The Office, he stood out quickly, as the movie-star good looks of Timothy Olyphant was a hilarious outlier in the relatable and well-meaning branch of Dunder Mifflin. Despite this, his time with the show was so brief and inconsequential that you might struggle to remember what he even did.
Timothy Olyphant's Danny was hired by Michael thanks to his incredibly impressive sales charisma. It seemed that he would bring the branch up to a whole new level, but he ended up disappearing rather quickly. Still, he turned some heads whilst there, thanks to his past with Pam.
It was revealed that she and Danny had gone on a few dates and that he'd never called her back. This became a significant source of confusion for Jim, who attempted to find out why. Eventually, Cordray reveals that he thought Pam was "a little dorky", which turned him off her.
After a tirade from Dwight defending her, Danny's time with the show dissipated, and he was left as a forgotten character who made an impact nonetheless.
